 Any item or medium of exchange that is accepted by people to pay for goods and services and to repay loans is called money.The universe revolves around money. if a person needs bananas but has cows, they need to find someone who also wants bananas and meat.What if that person meets someone who needs meat but doesn't want bananas and only wants potatoes? That person needs to find someone who has bananas and wants potatoes, and so on, in order to obtain meat.
